Thank you for shopping with Daisies Treasures. 

Because all products are made to order, production and shipping times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and destination. 

Order Processing 

Most orders enter production within 1–3 business days after payment is received. 

Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product. 

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand, production times may be longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party fulfillment providers or shipping carriers.

Shipping Times 

Estimated shipping times after production: 

United States 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days 

International Orders 

  • Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days 

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, and local conditions. 

Shipping Rates 

Shipping Rate is a Flat Rate currently $6.99 for orders under $50 USD which we reserve the right to change at any time without notice. 

Tracking Information 

When available, tracking information will be emailed to customers once the order has shipped. 

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment. 

Incorrect Addresses 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. 

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production, we may be unable to modify the shipment. 

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped. 

Lost Packages 

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us at Daisies.treasures.support@gmail.com . 

We will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate the issue. 

Packages confirmed as lost may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion. 

Damaged Items 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

Include: 

  • Your order number 

  • A description of the issue 

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging 

Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund. 

Delivery Delays 

We are not responsible for delays caused by: 

  • Postal carriers 

  • Customs agencies 

  • Severe weather 

  • Natural disasters 

  • Labor disruptions 

  • Supply chain interruptions 

  • Other events beyond our control
