Refund and Return Policy

Eligible for Refund or Replacement 

Customers may receive a refund or replacement if: 

  • The item arrives damaged.  

  • The item arrives defective.  

  • The wrong item, size, color, or design was sent.  

  • The order is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.  

  • The package arrives with a manufacturing defect.  

Requirements: 

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.  

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue.  

  • Include your order number.  

Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns 

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for: 

  • Ordering the wrong size.  

  • Change of mind.  

  • Accidental purchases.  

  • Preference for a different color, design, or product.  

  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or sizing that occur during the production process.  

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been shipped.  

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or used.

Sizing Responsibility 

Please review all sizing charts carefully before ordering. Measurements are provided by the manufacturer and may vary slightly. 

Cancellations 

Orders may be canceled within 2–4 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled. 

Refund Method 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on the customer's financial institution. 

Replacements Instead of Refunds 

When possible, we reserve the right to replace a damaged, defective, or incorrect item rather than issue a refund.
